Should there occur any quality issues with our products (like a broken buckle etc.) we will exchange or repair the products free of charge.
This does not cover damages to our products which result from unintended usage.
We solely use real leather of highest quality. We procure our leathers from German or Italian tanneries. Our leathers are tanned according the strict EU requirements for Chemical Substances (REACH) and in case of our organic, vegetable leathers exceed this regulations by far. That guarantees the safety of our products and ensures that neither yours, ours or the environment´s health is damaged. We are one of the few manufacturers of leather goods who shift to vegetable tanned leathers to protect health and nature.
Leather is a natural material, and as such, bares all hallmarks of its origin. Individual markings and minor color variations may appear and should not be considered as defects but rather as part of the design and individuality. All FRONHOFER belts and dog collars are Made In Germany. We are a family owned specialist for belts and dog collars, with our products you will make the right choice ; )

herausstellen, sind wir je nach Einzelfall bereit Kulanz zu gewähren und gegebenenfalls das Produkt zu reparieren oder durch ein Anderes zu ersetzen.
Das gilt nicht für Abnutzungserscheinungen, die durch normalen Gebrauch entstehen.
Wir verarbeiten ausschließlich echtes Leder höchster Güte.
Unser Leder beziehen wir dabei von deutschen und italienischen Gerbereien. Unsere Lederproduzenten produzieren nach der EU-Chemikalienverordnung REACH. So wird sichergestellt, dass unsere Produkte sicher zu handhaben sind und weder die Gesundheit der Weiterverarbeiter oder die der Verbraucherinnen und Verbraucher noch die Umwelt belasten.
Leder ist ein Naturprodukt und unterliegt deshalb leichten Schwankungen in Farbe und Oberflächenbeschaffenheit. Wir bitten deshalb bei kleinen Abweichungen vom Originalfoto um Ihr Verständnis.
Seit 2012 stellt die Gürtelmanufaktur Fronhofer die Produktion schrittweise auf
ökologisch bewusste Verfahren um.
Die Produktion wird damit auf Nachhaltigkeit und Umweltschutz hin weiter verbessert. Dazu werden wir u.a. zunehmend Naturleder verwenden, die sich durch vegetabile Gerbung und umweltschonende Produktionsprozesse auszeichnen. Hierbei vertrauen wir auf inhabergeführte Familienunternehmen, die seit Generationen in Deutschland hochwertige Lederwaren produzieren.

If you want to exchange the size or color you will have to pay for the return cost, but we will send the product back to you free of charge.
Please put a clarifying note in the parcel, along with the delivery note. My coworkers will send you the new belt immediately after receiving the parcel.
