We are a UK based company, so all our items are dispatched from the UK. We normally are able to process your order within 24 – 48 hours after your payment has cleared into our account. We generally dispatch our items via 1st class Standard Royal Mail or by a courier service depending on the size and weight of the order.
There is also an overseas delivery service that is provided to anywhere in Europe Via Royal Mail’s ‘Airmail’ service.

If the goods are damaged or doesn’t match the description we will of course refund you in full (including postage fees), If you simply do not want to keep the item then a refund of the sale price will be refunded.
